Returns Policy
At MBO we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. The first step towards this is providing you a selection of industry leading brands and styles. If for any reason you product proves defective, we offer a 3 day exchange period for the same item. (Customer pays return shipping).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note - shipping will not be included in refund.
Shipping Information
We know you want your order fast. We want the same when we order online. So we've tried to make our shipping policy simple, easy and fast. We do everything we can to pack and ship your order as quick as possible, usually within 1 or 2 days.
Standard........
Flat Rate........$12.95
Heavy or Bulky Items may have additional fees added on to standard shipping (certain beach chairs, pool floats and skim boards) You will receive and emailed invoice after you place order with difference in shipping. We will not ship order until the invoice is paid.
International
Flat Rate........$30.00
* If shipping to an international area that is more than $30, we will contact you and send an open invoice for the remaining balance.
